Mission
Our mission is to provide a simple method to encourage people to share their inner trait of kindness and showcase the culture of selflessness. We inspire members to perform then share their demonstrations of kindness making goodness fluent.
Positivity is often overshadowed by negativity. We believe that goodwill and kindness are more abundant in our global community than realized.
Research has proven that kind acts, including words, can change and even save others lives. Humans are born with the attribute of kindness but sometimes the fast-paced world causes kindness to be overlooked.
Essential Humanity is the community's catalyst to perpetuate good in the world.

This app made me examine how often I demonstrate acts of kindness, since I don't consider myself tremendously kind...I'm not unkind, but I just don't go out of my way for others very often. So, I asked myself if I could be more kind and have made an effort to do a random act of kindness 3 days a week. My favorite act was taking one of my workers to lunch to award him for his good job. During lunch, I learned about his financial struggles. I worked with his boss and ultimately got him a raise! Wow, a random act of taking someone to lunch led to a much bigger act. I stay in hotels often but am not a breakfast eater. I leave for my job so early that they make a "to go" breakfast for me. Instead of letting it go to waste, I give it to the first homeless person I see on my commute. ~Mark B
I am a health care worker and doing kind acts is a part of me. This app encouraged me to be more aware of what I do on a regular basis outside of work. This past week, I was in the grocery store and over heard an adult and a child, "There it is, but I can't reach it." Immediately, I stopped and asked what they couldn't reach and there I was climbing up on the shelving to reach a spice they needed. :-) Michelle G
